Arsenal agree personal terms with exciting 21-year-old – report
Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Thomas Lemar ahead of his proposed move from Monaco, say reports

Arsenal have agreed personal terms with Thomas Lemar ahead of his proposed transfer to the Gunners but are yet to settle on a fee with Monaco, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Star is claiming that the Gunners have already sorted out personal terms with the 21-year-old midfielder and now all that remains is for the north London side to agree a fee with Monaco.
The same report says that Arsenal are due to make a £45m bid for Lemar, which will be their third offer after approaches of £30m and £40m were turned down.
Lemar has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal in recent days as Arsene Wenger looks to add some more quality to his squad ahead of next season.
He scored nine goals and made 10 assists to help Monaco win Ligue 1 last season.
Arsenal are on the lookout for their third summer signing after the Gunners confirmed a move to sign striker Alexandre Lacazette from Lyon last week.
The French forward arrived at The Emirates after a deal to bring Sead Kolasinac to the club from Schalke was agreed earlier in the summer.
