Arsenal accept deal to sell 29-year-old to Sporting Lisbon – report
Arsenal have accepted a bid to sell Lucas Perez to Sporting Lisbon this summer, say reports

Arsenal have accepted a bid from Sporting Lisbon to sign Lucas Perez this summer, according to reports in the Portuguese media.
Portuguese outlet A Bola, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that the north London side have deemed the 29-year-old to be surplus to requirements at The Emirates as Unai Emery prepares for his first season in charge at the club.
Perez was thought to be keen to impress new boss Emery at The Emirates but it seems that the Gunners manager does not see a future for the striker at Arsenal.
Now, the same report is claiming that Sporting Lisbon are set to sign Perez in a cut price £4.4m deal before the close of the summer transfer window this month.
Arsenal are said to be keen to cash in on Perez and Emery has reportedly warned both the Spaniard and fellow striker Danny Welbeck that they will have minimal game-time if they stay at the club this summer.
Meanwhile, the Gunners will be looking to be one of the main contenders for a top-four finish next season as they bid to try and break back into the Champions League spots for next term.
Arsenal finished in sixth place and without a trophy in Arsene Wenger’s final campaign in charge.
