Arsenal tell title rivals to forget about signing Arsene Wenger’s key duo – report
Arsenal are adamant Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Alexis Sanchez won't be sold to a direct rival this summer, according to reports in the English media

Arsenal have no intention of selling Alexis Sanchez or Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to a direct title rival in the summer transfer window, according to reports in the English media.
The Daily Star is reporting that the Gunners are adamant that Oxlade-Chamberlain and Sanchez won’t be allowed to leave the club to strengthen one of their closest rivals for the title next season.
Liverpool are thought to be interested in signing the England midfielder this summer as the 23-year-old enters the final year of his contract, with first-team football far from guaranteed with a World Cup on the horizon next term.
Manchester City have been regularly linked with a move to sign Sanchez over the past few months amid incessant speculation surrounding the Chile international’s long-term future at the north London side.
Arsenal have a record of selling their best players to direct rivals in the past seven seasons with Emmanuel Adebayor, Gael Clichy, Bacary Sagna and Samir Nasri all completing moves to Manchester City.
The Gunners even sold their captain Robin van Persie to Manchester United in a £24m deal in 2013, with the Dutch striker helping Sir Alex Ferguson to win his 13th and final Premier League title.
