Arsenal ‘shake hands’ with Besiktas over summer transfer – report
Arsenal have agreed a deal with Besiktas for David Ospina to move on loan, according to reports

Arsenal have “shaken hands” with Besiktas over a deal for goalkeeper David Ospina, according to reports in Turkey.
Turkish outlet Fanatik, as quoted by football.london, is reporting that Besiktas have taken a “significant” step towards signing the Colombian goalkeeper on loan this summer.
The shot-stopper’s future at Arsenal has been something of a source of speculation this summer after the Gunners moved to bring in German goalkeeper Bernd Leno ahead of Unai Emery’s first season at the club.
The story says that the Turkish side have all but agreed a deal to sign Ospina on a temporary move this summer but they are yet to convince the shot-stopper to join them.
It is claimed in the same article that the goalkeeper is believed to want €4m a season, while Besiktas are only willing to pay €3m.
It has been a summer of change at Arsenal, with the Gunners having brought in five new players so far this summer ahead of Emery’s first campaign at the club.
The north London side finished in sixth place in the Premier League table last season and missed out on a trophy in Arsene Wenger’s final campaign in charge at the club.
