Arsene Wenger names three players Arsenal definitely want to keep
Arsene Wenger admits that Arsenal are aiming to keep hold of some key players in the coming seasons, including Jack Wilshere

Arsene Wenger has admitted that Arsenal will do what they can to keep hold of the likes of Jack Wilshere, Hector Bellerin and Alex Iwobi in the long-term.
Wilshere has been earning particular praise for his performances for the north London side this season after breaking back into the first team under Wenger.
The 25-year-old was sent out on loan to Bournemouth last term and has been made to work hard to try and force his way back into the team at The Emirates.
However, the England star has clearly won over Wenger in recent weeks, with the midfielder having started Arsenal’s last two Premier League games.
Wilshere’s current Arsenal contract is due to expire in 2018, and Gunners fans will be hoping to see him extend his stay at the club.
Asked about Wilshere’s current contract situation, Wenger highlighted his desire to keep him, along with the likes of Bellerin and Iwobi.
Wenger told his post match news conference after the 3-3 draw with Liverpool FC: “We will see [about Wilshere’s contract], but as well I think we had four players tonight who have been educated at our academy.
“With Bellerin, Iwobi and Wilshere they are certainly the only ones at the top, but basically we want to keep these players.”
Wilshere will be hoping to start again for Arsenal when the Gunners return to Premier League action on Boxing Day with a trip to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace.
