Arsenal to make fresh bid for Kieran Tierney – report
Arsenal are interested in a deal to sign Celtic defender Kieran Tierney, according to a report in England

Arsenal are preparing a new offer for Celtic defender Kieran Tierney in the coming days, according to a report in England.
Sky Sports is reporting that Arsenal are expected to test Celtic’s resolve with a fresh bid for the Scotland international with transfer deadline day on the horizon.
The same article states Arsenal have already failed with a £15m bid and £25m offer for the Celtic left-back earlier in the summer transfer window.
According to the same story, the Scottish Premier League champions are keen for most of the payment to be made up front rather than the inclusion of a series of add-ons.
Sky Sports go on to report that Arsenal and Celtic are confident that a deal for Tierney can be agreed before the close of the summer transfer window on 8 August.
Arsenal signed Nicolas Pepe in a club record £72m deal from Ligue 1 side Lille last week to make the Ivory Coast international the club’s most-expensive signing.
The Gunners have already signed Brazilian teenager Gabriel Martinelli, Saint-Etienne defender William Saliba and Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos this month.
The north London side finished in fifth place in the Premier League table last season to miss out on a spot in the Champions League for the third successive campaign.
