Arsene Wenger’s one-word reply when asked if key Arsenal star wants to leave
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger reveals Alexis Sanchez hasn't asked to leave the FA Cup holders this summer

Arsene Wenger has insisted that Alexis Sanchez hasn’t asked to leave Arsenal this summer.
The Chile international’s future is still up in the air despite the new Premier League season fast approaching.
Sanchez has less than 12 months remaining on his current Arsenal deal which has prompted talk of the South American leaving this summer.
Arsenal’s Premier League rivals Manchester City have been touted as a potential destination for the Chile star.
Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich and Serie A holders Juventus have both been linked with a move to sign the 28-year-old.
Sanchez finished as Arsenal’s top goal-scorer last season after a return of 24 goals in 36 games in the Premier League.
Speaking at a media conference in Australia at the start of the north London side’s pre-season tour Down Under, Wenger was questioned about Sanchez’s future.
Asked whether the South American forward has asked to leave the Gunners this summer, Wenger responded: “No.”
The Arsenal boss continued: “I think the easiest way to manage a player is in the final year of his contract.
“It is in his interest to do as well as he can. Nobody knows today if Sanchez will be on his final year of his contract next season, because he can extend his contract with us at the start of the season or during the season.
“So it is not necessarily the last year of his contract at Arsenal Football Club.”
Arsenal finished in fifth place in the Premier League table last season.
The Gunners won the FA Cup for the third time in four seasons thanks to a 2-1 win against Premier League champions Chelsea.
