Arsenal have been tracking exciting 26-year-old striker ‘for a while’ – report
Arsenal have been tracking Alexandre Lacazette for some time, with Arsene Wenger a known admirer, according to reports

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has been keeping tabs on Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette over the past few seasons, according to reports in the English media.
The Evening Standard is reporting that the north London side are interested in signing the France international in the summer transfer window.
The same article states that Wenger likes Lacazette “a lot” and the Gunners attempted to sign the Lyon star last summer but failed with a substantial bid.
According to the London-based paper, Arsenal had a £35m bid rejected as the Ligue 1 side managed to keep hold of their prized asset for another season.
Lacazette was Ligue 1’s leading goal-scorer again last term after the 26-year-old finished with 28 goals in 30 appearances in the French top flight.
The France international has a stunning record since breaking into the Lyon first-team after netting 127 goals in 274 appearances in all competitions.
Arsenal have only signed one player in the summer transfer window so far after Bosnian defender Sead Kolasinac moved to the Gunners in a free transfer from Bundesliga giants Schalke 04.
