Arsene Wenger reveals Arsenal transfer plans for the summer
Arsene Wenger hints that he is already working on transfer deals for Arsenal ahead of the summer

Arsene Wenger has confirmed that he will look to strengthen his Arsenal squad in the summer transfer window.
The Arsenal manager’s future has been a relentless source of speculation in recent weeks due to the fact that his contract with the Gunners is set to expire in the summer.
It remains to be seen whether Wenger will commit his future to Arsenal beyond the summer but the Frenchman accepts that his side do need additions in the forthcoming transfer window.
The Gunners have endured a difficult few weeks, with Wenger’s men having been knocked out of the Champions League by Bayern Munich and also dropping down into sixth place in the Premier League table.
However, the Arsenal manager appears to have hinted that he has already begun working on potential summer transfer deals for the Gunners.
Speaking at a news conference at Arsenal’s training ground on Thursday morning, Wenger said: “It’s a strange season because we played 20 games unbeaten but I cannot sit here and say we have no flaws in our team because we have.
“There are very, very strong bases but the team needs to be strengthened, of course.”
