Hector Bellerin should consider a return to Barcelona from Arsenal this summer, according to Denis Suarez.
The Spain international’s future has been a source of relentless debate in the summer transfer window.
Bellerin has been linked with a return to Camp Nou as new Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde looks to improve his squad.
The 22-year-old has established himself as one of the best right-backs in the Premier League over the past three seasons.
Bellerin was even named on the PFA Premier League team of the year in 2015-16 following a return of one goal and five assists.
Barcelona midfielder Suarez wants to see Bellerin return to Camp Nou in the 2017 summer transfer window.
“The people want the best at Barcelona and I hope Bellerin can come. The players of a top level are welcome,” Suarez is quoted as saying by Radio Marca.
Arsenal finished in fifth place in the Premier League table last season to miss out on a place in the Champions League.
The Gunners won the FA Cup for the third time in four seasons thanks to a 2-1 win against Premier League champions Chelsea.
The north London side have signed Bosnian left-back Sead Kolasinac from Bundesliga outfit Schalke 04 last summer.
