Arsenal will demand Man City defender in deal for Alexis Sanchez – report
Arsenal could bring in Vincent Kompany as part of a deal for Alexis Sanchez to join Man City in January, say reports

Arsenal are planning to ask for Vincent Kompany to be included in any deal for Alexis Sanchez to join Manchester City next year, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Star is claiming that Arsene Wenger is considering asking the Citizens to include the 31-year-old Belgium international as part of a deal for Sanchez to move to The Etihad.
The same report says Manchester City are “poised” to renew their interest in signing Sanchez when the January transfer window opens in the new year.
Sanchez’s future at The Emirates continues to be a relentless source of speculation, with the 29-year-old approaching the end of his current deal with the north London side.
The Chile international was heavily linked with a move to Manchester City in the summer transfer window but a move ended up not happening.
Arsenal are now facing the very real prospect of losing Sanchez on a free transfer next summer, unless they opt to sell him in January or somehow persuade him to sign a new contract.
Meanwhile, Sanchez will be expecting to start for Arsenal when the Gunners return to Premier League action on Friday night with a crunch clash against Liverpool FC at The Emirates.
