Arsenal to battle Liverpool to sign top 18-year-old striker – report
Arsenal are hoping to sign AS Monaco forward but face competition from Premier League rivals Liverpool, according to reports

Arsenal will battle with Liverpool to sign Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe in the summer transfer window, according to reports.
The Daily Star is reporting that Mbappe is attracting interest from the Premier League duo this summer, while La Liga giants Real Madrid are thought to be favourites to land the teenager.
Arsenal and Liverpool are confident that they can lure Mbappe to England thanks to their ability to offer the striker first-team football and aid his development.
The same article states that Jurgen Klopp and Arsene Wenger have track records when it comes to helping exciting prospects realise their talents.
Mbappe burst onto the European scene in the 2016-17 season after the French striker scored 15 times in 26 games in Ligue 1 to help Monaco beat Paris Saint-Germain to the French title.
The 18-year-old has also netted six goals in nine games in the Champions League to highlight his ability to thrive in high-pressure situations despite his relative inexperience.
Liverpool finished in fourth place and a point ahead of Arsenal last term.
