Robert Pires urges Arsenal to sign exciting 18-year-old striker
The Arsenal legend wants Arsene Wenger to sign Kylian Mbappe from Monaco in the summer transfer window

Robert Pires wants Arsenal to sign France and Monaco teenager Kylian Mbappe in the summer transfer window.
The Gunners have been linked with a potential move to sign the 18-year-old despite Mbappe’s hefty price tag.
Arsenal were reported to have failed with a £78m offer to sign Mbappe amid reported interest from La Liga giants Real Madrid.
Mbappe scored 15 times in 26 appearances in Ligue 1 last season to help Monaco to beat Paris Saint-Germain to the French title.
The teenager netted an impressive six times in nine games in the Champions League to help his side reach the last four.
Arsenal, on the other hand, finished in fifth place in the Premier League to condemn the north London side to the Europa League next term.
Former Gunners midfielder Pires believes Mbappe would be a good addition to the Arsenal team in the summer transfer window.
“Kylian Mbappe is a great player with a very good future,” Pires told the Daily Mirror.
“He’s young and he still needs to prove himself, but he has played very well in Ligue 1 and the Champions League for Monaco and also for the national team.
“He has a very good profile to play with Arsenal but a lot of clubs want to buy him, especially Real Madrid. He is also very, very expensive.”
Arsenal won the FA Cup trophy on the final day of the season after the Gunners were 2-1 winners against Premier League champions Chelsea at Wembley.
The Gunners signed five players in the 2016 summer transfer window.
