Arsenal table second bid to sign exciting 21-year-old forward – report
Arsenal are ready to offer £35.2m for Monaco midfielder Thomas Lemar in the summer transfer window, according to reports

Arsenal have made a second offer to sign AS Monaco midfielder Thomas Lemar, according to reports in the French media.
L’Equipe, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that the north London side have returned with an improved offer for the 21-year-old attacking midfielder as Arsene Wenger looks to get his second summer signing over the line.
The Gunners were thought to have failed with a £30m bid for the exciting attacker on Wednesday but the north London side have now returned to the negotiating table prepared to pay more money for Lemar.
According to the Daily Express, Arsenal’s latest offer for the France international is worth £35.2m when various add-ons are taken into consideration.
The same article confirms that the Gunners have also made attempts to sign Lyon centre-forward Alexandre Lacazette and Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe but bids for both players have been rejected.
Wenger has been linked with a host of players in the summer transfer window as the Arsenal boss looks to improve his options after missing out on a top-four place last season.
The north London club have only signed Bosnian defender Sead Kolasinac on a free transfer in the summer transfer window so far.
