The Independent is reporting that the France international hasn’t changed his mind about wanting a fresh start ahead of the new Premier League season.
The same article reveals that the 33-year-old refused to go on their pre-season tour to the United States after Arsenal turned down his request to have his contract terminated with one year remaining on it.
According to the same story, Koscielny is desperate to return to France after spending the past nine seasons at the north London club.

Koscielny has won three FA Cup crowns since his move to Arsenal from Lorient in the 2010 summer transfer window.
The French defender has scored 27 times in 353 games in all competitions under Arsene Wenger and Unai Emery.
Arsenal have signed four new players this summer as Emery looks to continue his overhaul of the squad.
