Journalist rules out Arsenal signing 21-year-old France star
Sky Sports News reporter Michael Bridge rules out Arsenal signing FC Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele

Arsenal are unlikely to make a sensational bid to sign FC Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele, reporter Michael Bridge has claimed.
The Gunners have been very busy in the summer transfer window so far following Unai Emery’s appointment as Arsene Wenger’s successor.
Arsenal have been linked with a swoop to sign the France international from FC Barcelona after his mixed debut season at The Emirates.
FC Barcelona completed a deal to sign Brazilian forward Malcom from French side Bordeuax last week to open up the possiblity of Dembele leaving.
Emery has indicated that Arsenal are unlikely to make a sixth signing unless a unique opportunity becomes available before deadline day.
Dembele would certainly fit the bill given his undoubted potential and his role in France’s World Cup triumph in Russia this summer.
Sky Sports News reporter Bridge believes Dembele is unlikely to complete a move to FC Barcelona in the current transfer window.
“I can’t imagine them going out and buying Dembele unless things change elsewhere,” Bridge told the Transfer Window podcast.
Arsenal finished in sixth spot in the Premier League table last season to miss out on a place in the Champions League.
The Gunners lost 2-1 to La Liga side Atletico Madrid in the Europa League semi-finals last term.
