Unai Emery makes key Arsenal transfer decision – report
Arsenal manager Unai Emery doesn't plan to sign a new goalkeeper in the summer transfer window, according to a report

Unai Emery doesn’t plan to sign a new goalkeeper to replace Petr Cech in the Arsenal squad, according to a report in England.
The Daily Mirror is reporting that the Gunners manager has decided to promote Emiliano Martinez to back-up goalkeeper rather than invest vital funds in a new shot-stopper this summer.
The same article states that Bernd Leno will continue as Arsenal’s first-choice goalkeeper and Martinez will act as his understudy in the 2019-20 Premier League season.
According to the same story, Colombia international David Ospina could be nearing a permanent move to Serie A following his season-long loan at Napoli last term.
The Gunners had been linked with a number of goalkeepers since former Chelsea FC number one Cech announced his retirement at the end of the season.
The ex-Czech Republic international was part of the Arsenal side that lost 4-1 to Chelsea FC in the Europa League final in Baku in his last ever competitive game.
Arsenal finished in fifth place in the Premier League table last term to miss out on a spot in the Champions League for the third successive season.
The Gunners signed Cech in a £13m deal from Chelsea FC in 2015 after Jose Mourinho made Thibaut Courtous his first-choice goalkeeper at Stamford Bridge.
