Arsenal transfers: Júlio Cesar tight-lipped on future after QPR
Arsenal transfers: Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Júlio Cesar is tight-lipped on his future beyond the summer

Júlio Cesar has admitted there is a question mark hanging over his future, with Arsenal reportedly interested in the Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper.
The Hoops shot-stopper is expected to leave in the summer following the club’s relegation, with Harry Redknapp conceding the Brazilian is too good to play in England’s second tier.
The 33-year-old, who joined in a free transfer from Inter Milan in August, has impressed at the Hoops and earned a call-up to the national side.
But Cesar is unsure where he will go should he complete a move away from QPR at the end of the season.
He told Sportv: “It is confidential. My future today is a question mark.
“I have three more years on my contract, but the manager has already made it clear that it will be hard for me to stay at the club. I am happy he thinks that way, it is a sign that my work is being recognised.
“I dedicated as much as I could to QPR.”
Cesar also revealed Redknapp has informed him that he won’t start QPR’s final game against Liverpool as the Hoops boss looks to the future.
“He [Redknapp] had told me that I wouldn’t start any more games as I won’t be staying at the club. He said he would select other goalkeepers. I accepted his decision, there is no problem,” he added.
“Now he has asked me to play the last game, and that makes me happy. I will try to play well and do my best.”
