Arsenal transfers: ‘Loic Remy is the Gunners’ only option’
Arsenal transfers: Ray Parlour believes the Gunners should swoop for Loïc Remy in the coming days

Ray Parlour has urged Arsene Wenger to bring Loic Remy to Arsenal before next week’s transfer deadline.
The Gunners are on the lookout for reinforcements up front after it emerged that Olivier Giroud will be out of action until December due to a broken leg.
He is not a lot of money in this day and age. You can get him for about £8m

Remy, who was close to a move to Liverpool this summer before failing his medical, has been touted as a target for the north London club.
And former midfielder Parlour would love to see the north London club move for the Queens Park Rangers forward.
“[Wenger] needed to strengthen even before Giroud [was ruled out],” Parlour told talkSPORT.
“Remy is probably the only option. He is not a lot of money in this day and age. You can get him for about £8m.
“Newcastle fans will tell you that, on his day, he is a very good finisher and top player. Maybe he is the man they go for. They need back-up.
“You look at Manchester City and they are so much stronger [in the striking department].
“That is the difference between a side that is going to try and go a long way in the Champions League and win the Premier League than probably Arsenal in the moment.”
