Arsenal transfers: Edinson Cavani admits it would be a "dream" to join Real Madrid despite being happy at Napoli

Edinson Cavani has admitted it would be a “dream” to join Real Madrid, with the Napoli striker also attracting interest from the Premier League.
The Uruguay international’s future at the Naples outfit has been in doubt for the past few months despite him penning a new contract at the club last August.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City have all been linked with a summer swoop for the 26-year-old after he scored 29 goals in 34 top-flight appearances this season.
Whilst Cavani insisted he is happy at Napoli, the South American hinted he would find it hard to turn down a move to the nine-time European champions.
“No one can predict the future. I can only say that today I am happy,” Cavani, whose contract is reported to have a £54m release clause, told Corriere del Mezzogiorno.
“As for Real Madrid… kids dream, it is normal. Everyone does it. Then life is another thing. I found Napoli and I am proud. Then again it’s nice to dream, even when you are grown up.”
Cavani has scored 104 goals in 138 appearances for Napoli after completing a switch to Stadio San Paolo from Palermo in 2010.
