Arsenal transfers: Santi Cazorla ‘very happy’ despite Atletico link
Arsenal transfers: Santi Cazorla insists he is happy at the Gunners despite being linked to Atletico Madrid

Santi Cazorla has reiterated that he is very happy at Arsenal despite reported interest from Atletico Madrid.
The Spain international is facing a fight to secure a first-team spot this season after Arsenal signed Alexis Sanchez in a £35m deal from Barcelona last week.

Cazorla, who moved to the north London club from Malaga in a £15m switch in 2011, appeared open to a move to the Spanish champions earlier this summer.
However, the 29-year-old moved to play down speculation linking him with a move away from The Emirates.
“I feel good, I am staying very happy playing for Arsenal and the team now is more strong with the new players and I hope we win the trophy for the fans,” Cazorla said.
In June, Cazorla dropped a big hint that he could join Atletico after revealing that he spoke to Spain team-mates Koke and Juanfran about the Champions League runners-up.
“Everyone tells me [Atletico] is a good club, Koke and Juanfran are there as well [as David Villa]. But I do not know anything. Until after the World Cup I do not want to know,” said Cazorla.
The Spain international has scored 16 goals in 69 Premier League appearances.
