Arsenal transfers: Arsene Wenger insists that he is "not concerned" about the possibility of signing a striker in January

Arsene Wenger insists that he is “not concerned” about the possibility of signing a striker in January to boost Arsenal’s title hopes.
The Gunners have been linked with a number of forwards in recent weeks following the club’s reliance on Olivier Giroud up front.

Real Madrid youngster Alvaro Morata is the latest name to have been touted as a possible target for Wenger in the winter window.
But the Arsenal boss, whose side host Hull City on Wednesday looking to keep their four-point lead at the top of the table intact, insisted that summer signing Yaya Sanogo can still make an impact this term.
“I am not concerned about that. We have at the moment Yaya Sanogo who is a striker we brought in during the summer, who is coming back from injury in January.
“Hopefully he will help us in the second part of the season.”
Wenger also denied reports claiming that Arsenal had agreed a six-month loan deal with Real Madrid for Morata.
He added: “No. There is no truth in that. That is all I can say, I have not been in touch with them [Real Madrid].”
