Arsene Wenger calls on his Arsenal side to improve their home form as they look to end their long trophy drought

Arsene Wenger has called on his Arsenal side to improve their home form this season as they look to end their long silverware drought.
The Gunners have not lifted a major trophy since their FA Cup final triumph over Manchester United back in 2005 but currently lead the Premier League by one point.

And Wenger – whose side have won seven, drawn two and lost one of their 10 league games at Emirates Stadium this season – wants his team to improve their record on home soil.
“Let’s be quiet but efficient,” said Wenger ahead of Arsenal’s clash with Fulham on Saturday.
“As I told you before, for the second part of the season we really want to make the Emirates a fortress and therefore it’s vital that we win this kind of game.
“We have Fulham over the weekend – it’s a derby. They always produce an efficient performance at the Emirates so we want to focus on getting three more points.
“[In a derby] there’s always a special motivation for everybody and it is always physically more intense. The focus is always 100 per cent. That’s why it is more difficult.”
