Ray Parlour states his prediction for AS Roma v Liverpool FC
The Arsenal legend is confident Liverpool FC will beat AS Roma in the Champions League semi-final on Wednesday night

Ray Parlour believes Liverpool FC will ease to victory over AS Roma in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final on Wednesday night.
Liverpool FC are in control of the tie after a 5-2 win against the Italian giants in the first leg of their last-four clash at Anfield.
Mohamed Salah scored twice in the first half before the Egypt international teed up Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane after half-time.
However, late goals from Edin Dzeko and Diego Perotti gave Roma a glimmer of hope for the return leg in the Italian capital.
AS Roma were 4-1 winners against Chievo at Stadio Olimpico in the Serie A last weekend, while Liverpool FC were held to a goalless draw with Stoke City at Anfield on Saturday afternoon.
Former Arsenal midfielder Parlour believes Liverpool FC will manage to get past AS Roma in the second leg despite their disappointing result in the Premier League ahead of their trip to Italy.
“I think Liverpool will get a few chances. When it falls to Salah, you hope they will take them. He did it at Man City and I think it will happen in Rome,” Parlour told Sky Sports.
While this is Liverpool fc’s tenth appearance in the last four of the Champions League, it is the first time the English club have got this far since 2007/08, when they suffered only their second semi-final defeat.
The Reds are looking to win the Champions League for the first time since 2005.
