Ashley Young: Juan Mata will add something special to Man United
Manchester United winger Ashley Young believes Juan Mata adds "something special" to the Red Devils squad

Ashley Young believes Manchester United’s club-record signing Juan Mata looks like he has been at the Red Devils for years after an eye-catching debut.
The 25-year-old played a part in both of Manchester United’s goals in a 2-0 victory over Cardiff City at Old Trafford on Tuesday, with his pass helping to create Robin van Persie’s opener before teeing up Young to cement three points.

Mata, who has opted to wear the number eight shirt, has signed a four-and-a-half year deal with the Red Devils after United agreed a £37.1m fee with Premier League title rivals Chelsea at the weekend.
And Young has been impressed by Mata’s impact, as well as hailing the return of Netherlands international Van Persie, who took his tally to nine top-flight goals this season.
“He [Van Persie] is a goalscorer,” Young told United’s website. “You put him in the box and he will score, and he has done that again.
“There will be a lot of talk about Juan’s arrival and the fact that we have broken the the transfer record for him, but he looks like he has been here for years. It was his first game but he has gelled straight away with the way we play. He is going to add something special to the squad.”
