Chelsea finally agree £35.2m fee for first summer signing – report
Chelsea are set to wrap up the signing of Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco this summer, according to reports

Chelsea have agreed a fee of £35.2m to secure the signing of Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mail is claiming that the west London side have finally settled on a price with the French club as Antonio Conte looks to make the midfielder his first signing of the summer transfer window.
The same story claims that Conte “made it clear” that he wanted to bring Bakayoko to Stamford Bridge this summer, with the Italian believed to be a long-term admirer of the 22-year-old.
The article also states that Bakayoko has attracted a huge amount of interest this summer but that Chelsea have won the race for his signature.
Chelsea are still on the lookout for their first signing of the summer transfer window as they look to strengthen their squad ahead of their return to the Champions League next season.
Bakayoko has long been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge and the France international enjoyed a stellar season for Monaco last term as he helped them win the French title.
Chelsea won the title in Conte’s first season in charge last term but the Italian is thought to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer.
