Belgian reporter gives positive Chelsea FC update on Eden Hazard
Belgian reporter Kristof Terreur rules out Chelsea FC star Eden Hazard completing a move to Real Madrid

Eden Hazard won’t complete a “dream move” to Real Madrid before Thursday’s transfer deadline, Belgian reporter Kristof Terreur has reassured Chelsea FC.
The Blues forward was linked with a move to the Champions League winners following Cristiano Ronaldo’s switch to Serie A title holders Juventus last month.
Hazard and Chelsea FC endured a frustrating 2017-18 season under Antonio Conte after the west London side finished in fifth place in the Premier League table.
The 27-year-old was linked with a potential move to Real Madrid to replace Ronaldo given Chelsea FC won’t be able to offer their number 10 Champions League football next season.
Hazard, who scored the winner in the FA Cup final last term, is widely reported to have been a big Real Madrid fan as a child and his hero was former los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane.
Belgian journalist Terreur ruled out Hazard completing a move to Real Madrid before deadline day on Thursday night.
Terreur wrote on Twitter: “Eden Hazard is back in London and will return to training today. No dream move for him. Chelsea are still reluctant to sell him (to Real Madrid) and have never ever been open for negotiations or talks. And time has ran out.”
He added: “Braced for 3 days of Eden Hazard and Real Madrid links, but Chelsea have been reluctant to sell him since the first phone call from Madrid to London. Chelsea blocked everything off and when a player is too kind to force a move…”
Hazard has won two Premier League titles, the Europa League, the FA Cup and the League Cup since his move to Chelsea FC in a big money deal from Ligue 1 side Lille in the 2012 summer transfer window.
The Blues finished behind Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool FC in the Premier League last term.
