Chelsea 1 Swansea 0: We should have killed the game, says Mourinho
Chelsea 1 Swansea 0: Jose Mourinho claims Blues should have scored at least another goal after win
Jose Mourinho claimed that Chelsea should have beaten Swansea City by a more comfortable score-line after their victory moved them up to second in the Premier League table.
Eden Hazard netted the only goal of the game at Stamford Bridge when he drilled home from outside the box in the 29th minute, while Samuel Eto’o missed two good chances to put the game beyond the visitors.
I am satisfied but the result should have been 2-0 or 3-0 easily

And Mourinho, whose side remain two points behind leaders Arsenal ahead of Manchester City’s clash with Liverpool, was disappointed that the Blues were not able to make their dominance count.
“With the three points and clean sheet, I am satisfied,” said Mourinho. “The way we controlled a good team for 75-80 minutes was very good too.
“But we had so many chances that you have to score at least once and create a more comfortable situation for yourselves.
“The result should have been 2-0 or 3-0 easily.”
Meanwhile, Swansea boss Michael Laudrup, whose side remain in 11th place in the table, felt there were plenty of positives to take from the game for the visitors despite the defeat.
“It is important for me that we stayed in the game against a team like this, believing we could get something,” said Laudrup.
“We didn’t get anything this time, but we have to take that to the next game.”
