Chelsea 2 PSG 0: Petr Cech says that the Blues "risked a lot" to book their place in the last-four draw
Petr Cech praised Chelsea’s battling spirit as the Blues completed a dramatic comeback against Paris Saint-Germain to book their place in the Champions League semi-finals.
Trailing 3-1 from last week’s first leg in the French capital, Andre Schurrle gave the Blues the lead on the night midway through the first half after coming on for the injured Eden Hazard at Stamford Bridge.

Oscar and Schurrle both hit the crossbar after the break, before substitute Demba Ba scored the tie’s winner three minutes from time to send the west London side through to the last four.
“It is right up there with the Napoli game in 2012,” Cech, who pulled off a string of fine saves in the closing stages, told Sky Sports.
“We had to win by two goals. We have been brilliant from start to finish and dealt with their counters quite well.
“We had to risk a lot in the second half. The best thing was that no-one let their heads drop even though we hit the bar twice.
“You need everyone to make sure they are fully concentrated. In the end the last five minutes were frantic. We had to make sure everyone was up to the task.”
