The England Under-21 international has been a revelation so far this season after Frank Lampard opted to give the young striker a chance to shine in his team.
Abraham failed to get on the score-sheet in his first three appearances of the season to prompt some criticism of the 21-year-old.
However, the Chelsea FC youth graduate netted his first Blues goal in a 3-2 victory over Norwich City at Carrow Road last month.
Abraham went on to score twice in a 2-2 draw with promoted side Sheffield United at Stamford Bridge.

Former Newcastle striker Shearer heaped praise Abraham for his brilliant displays in the Premier League so far this term as Lampard continues to trust the younger members of his squad.
“It’s been forced upon Chelsea FC,” Shearer told BBC Sport. “Frank said they [Abraham and Mason Mount] deserve their opportunity. They absolutely do. They’re doing a fantastic job.”

Abraham went on a season-long loan to Swansea City last term where he netted five times for the welsh side.
The England Under-21 international will get his chance to impress against Premier League leaders Liverpool FC at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Chelsea FC finished in third spot in the Premier League table last term to secure a spot in the Champions League.
