Chelsea FC and Liverpool FC are keeping close tabs on Jack Wilshere’s situation at Arsenal, according to a report in England.
The Daily Mail is reporting that Wilshere is attracting interest from a number of Premier League clubs given the uncertainty surrounding his future at Arsenal.
The 26-year-old is set to become a free agent at the end of the 2017-18 Premier League campaign after Wilshere broke back into the Gunners team.
The same article states that Chelsea FC, Liverpool FC and Manchester City are three of the biggest clubs monitoring Wilshere’s ongoing situation at the north London club.
According to the same story, Wilshere is facing a £30,000 a week pay cut at Arsenal after the Gunners offered the versatile midfielder a deal thought to be worth £80,000 a week.
The Daily Mail goes on to report that the England international has no intention of signing the deal on the table amid increasing interest from some top Premier League teams.
Wilshere has scored two goals and has made three assists in 31 games in all competitions this term.
The England star spent the 2016-17 campaign on loan at Bournemouth where he made two assists in 25 games in the Premier League.
