Antonio Conte warns his Chelsea FC players that finishing in the top four this season will be no easy feat

Antonio Conte has warned his Chelsea FC players that finishing in the top four this season will be no easy feat.
The west London side are currently in fifth place in the Premier League table as Conte looks to try and steer the Blues back into the Champions League spots before the season is out.
Conte led Chelsea FC to the Premier League title in his first campaign in charge at Stamford Bridge last season but the west London side did not have the distraction of any European football.
Chelsea FC will now look to improve their Premier League form in the remaining nine games of the season as they look to secure that all-important Champions League qualification spot.
The race for a top four finish is looking as if it will be more competitive than ever as a host of top Premier League teams look to secure their places in Europe’s elite club competition for next season.
And Conte has admitted that his team will have to step their game up considerably between now and the end of the season if they want to finish in the top four.
Speaking at a news conference at Cobham on Friday afternoon, Conte said: “Now the most important thing is to be focused on the present and to try to give all of ourselves to try to get a place in the Champions League.
“It won’t be easy because there are a lot of competitors and at this moment, we must be focused on this.”
Next up for Chelsea FC is their home clash against Crystal Palace in the top flight next Saturday evening.
