Chelsea FC star skips training amid transfer rumours – report
Thibaut Courtois did not report for Chelsea FC training on Monday as the speculation continues, say reports

Thibaut Courtois did not report for Chelsea FC training on Monday as the speculation about his future continues, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Telegraph is reporting that the Belgian goalkeeper did not show up to Cobham to discuss his situation with Maurizio Sarri as he continues to be linked with a transfer to Real Madrid.
Courtois’ future at Stamford Bridge has been a constant source of speculation all summer because he only has one year left on his current contract and has thus far shown no indication that he will pen a new deal.
The same story says that Courtois failed to show up for Chelsea FC’s Community Shield clash with Manchester City at the weekend, and the goalkeeper also missed training on Monday.
The article claims that new boss Sarri had hoped to talk to Courtois about his future at the club on Monday but the shot-stopper did not show up.
Courtois has been strongly linked with a move to Real Madrid this summer, with some of the Belgian goalkeeper’s family currently based in the Spanish capital.
Meanwhile, Chelsea FC will kick off their Premier League campaign with a clash against Huddersfield Town on Saturday.
