Antonio Conte told Eden Hazard will quit Chelsea FC this summer
Kevin Kilbane is tipping Eden Hazard to leave Chelsea FC at the end of the season
Eden Hazard will leave Chelsea FC at the end of the season, Kevin Kilbane has claimed.
The Belgium international has been linked with a potential move to La Liga giants Real Madrid over the past three or four seasons.
Hazard has been a key member of the Chelsea FC team and has contributed to their success since his arrival in 2012.
The 27-year-old scored a combined 30 goals in their title-winning campaigns under Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte.
The Italian coach has started to use the Belgian forward in a lone striker role at Manchester City and Manchester United.
Conte substituted 2015 PFA player of the year Hazard during their 1-0 loss to The Etihad and 2-1 defeat at Old Trafford.
Former Irish defender Kilbane believes Hazard will leave Chelsea FC in the summer due to the west London side’s playing style.
“I do think [he will leave],” Kilbane told Irish radio station Newstalk.
“You’re taking something away from his game and from Chelsea playing him in that position.”
Belgian forward Hazard moved to Chelsea FC from Ligue 1 side Lille in the 2012 summer transfer window.
Chelsea FC will make the trip to Barcelona in the second leg of their Champions League last-16 clash at Camp Nou on Wednesday night.
