Chelsea FC are hopeful that they will be able to prevent Eden Hazard from signing for Real Madrid this summer, according to reports in the media.
Bleacher Report, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that the Blues are planning to resist any attempts for Real Madrid to try and sign Hazard this summer as they look to keep hold of the talismanic playmaker.
Hazard has been strongly linked with a transfer to Real Madrid this summer after he conceded that he is considering his future at the west London side.
The 27-year-old has long been touted as a target for the Spanish giants, however, it is being claimed in the same story that Chelsea FC are set to do everything they can to try and keep Hazard at the club this summer.
The same story says that Chelsea FC will resist any bids from Real Madrid this summer as they try and keep the playmaker at Stamford Bridge.
Hazard has two years left to run on his current contract with Chelsea FC and it remains to be seen whether the attacker will try to force a move away from the club this summer or not.
