Frank Lampard sends message to Chelsea FC fans about Kurt Zouma
Frank Lampard says he wants to keep Kurt Zouma at Chelsea FC beyond the summer transfer window

Frank Lampard has insisted that he wants to keep Kurt Zouma at Chelsea FC for next season.
The defender has spent the last two season on loan to Stoke City and Everton and he has now returned to Stamford Bridge ahead of the new campaign.
Zouma has featured in all three of Chelsea FC’s pre-season games so far and he will be hoping to impress Lampard, who was confirmed as the club’s new manager earlier this month.
Following his loan moves, Zouma had been linked with a possible switch to Everton on a permanent deal.
However, Lampard has now indicated that he wants to keep Zouma at Stamford Bridge as he prepares for his first season in charge of the club.
Speaking in an interview quoted by The Sun, Lampard said: “In terms of Kurt Zouma, he’s a very good defender for us, very good player, very good person and professional.
“I want him here, simple as that.
“We are competitive with the centre-backs we have in the team and he had a very good season at Everton and I can understand why they want him.
“He’s a Chelsea player and I want him.”
Zouma scored two goals and made two assists in 32 Premier League games last season for Everton.
Chelsea FC will be looking to maintain their place in the top four next season after they finished third and won the Europa League under Maurizio Sarri last term.
The Blues brought in Lampard as their new manager after Sarri left Chelsea FC to take the reigns at Juventus following just one year in charge of the London club.
