Chelsea FC have opened talks with Inter Milan about signing midfielder Matias Vecino, according to reports

Chelsea FC have opened talks with Inter Milan to sign midfielder Matias Vecino, according to reports in the British media.
The Evening Standard, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that the Blues are keen on a move to bring Vecino to Stamford Bridge this summer as they bid to try and bolster their squad before the close of the transfer window on 9 August.
The same story says that Maurizio Sarri has asked the west London club to make a move for the 26-year-old midfielder as he looks for his third signing as Chelsea FC boss.
The article also claims that Vecino is rated at around £31m and is suited to the Blues’ style of play at Stamford Bridge.
It is claimed that Chelsea FC are looking at Vecino as a possible upgrade on current midfield duo Danny Drinkwater and Tiemoue Bakayoko, both of whom struggled to have much of an impact at Stamford Bridge last season.
Chelsea FC have already signed Jorginho and Rob Green so far this summer as the Blues look to try and build a squad capable of winning the Premier League title next season.
The west London side finished fifth and won the FA Cup last term under Antonio Conte.
