Atletico Madrid are keen on a move to sign Alvaro Morata from Chelsea FC on loan, say reports

Atletico Madrid have joined the race to sign Alvaro Morata on loan from Chelsea FC until the end of the season, according to reports in the British media.
Website Goal is reporting that the La Liga giants are keen on a move to bring the Spain striker back to his native homeland until the end of the current campaign.
According to the same report, Atletico have now joined the likes of Sevilla in the race to land Morata, who has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge of late.
Despite Sevilla having been seen as the favourites to land Morata, the same story now claims that the striker’s agents have also been in talks with Atletico Madrid about a potential deal.
The same article claims that Morata would be “happy” to return to Madrid, where he would be surrounding by his family and friends.
The story goes on to report that Atletico boss Diego Simeone is a fan of Morata and is keen to land him on loan.
Morata’s future at Chelsea FC has been a constant source of speculation recently, with the 26-year-old having managed to score just five goals in 16 Premier League games so far this season.
The striker has only started 11 of Chelsea FC’s 21 Premier League games so far this season.
