Chelsea FC are in talks to sign both Daniele Rugani and Gonzalo Higuain this summer, according to reports in Italy.
Italian outlet Calcio Mercato is reporting that the Blues are keen on bringing both the defender and the striker to Stamford Bridge this summer as Maurizio Sarri looks to strengthen his squad ahead of next season.
The same report says that Juventus are willing to sell Higuain for around €60m and that they currently value Rugani at around €40m.
According to the same story, the deals will be completed very quickly if Chelsea FC meet Juve’s asking prices.
Chelsea FC are believed to be on the lookout for a number of new signings this summer as Sarri looks to build a squad capable of winning the Premier League title next season.
The Blues completed their first signing of the summer over the weekend when they tied up a deal to bring Jorginho to Stamford Bridge from Napoli.
The west London side will be looking to at the very least break back into the top four next season after they finished in fifth place and missed out on Champions League qualification last term.
Chelsea FC won the Premier League title in Antonio Conte’s first campaign in charge, before lifting the FA Cup last term under the Italian boss.
