Sky Sports reporter delivers transfer update on Chelsea FC pair
Chelsea FC are unlikely to sell Ross Barkley or Danny Drinkwater in the summer transfer window, according to reporter Michael Bridge

Chelsea FC are not likely to sell either Ross Barkley or Danny Drinkwater in the summer transfer window, according to Sky Sports reporter Michael Bridge.
The west London side are currently getting used to life under new manager Maurizio Sarri after his appointment at Stamford Bridge earlier this month.
Chelsea FC have so far only made one signing this summer after having landed Jorginho from Napoli earlier this month.
Sarri has only been working with his squad for a few days and the Italian manager is likely to want to assess his options ahead of his first campaign in charge at Stamford Bridge.
Neither Drinkwater nor Barkley were able to hold down regular spots in the first team at Stamford Bridge last season under Antonio Conte and that has inevitably prompted suggestions that they could be on their way out of the club this summer.
However, Bridge believes that Sarri will want to work with the pair for longer before making a decision about their futures during the season.
Speaking on the Sky Sports Transfer Talk podcast, Bridge said: “I can’t see either of them [Ross Barkley or Danny Drinkwater] moving this summer.
“If they don’t impress Sarri, they could go in January.”
Chelsea FC will be looking to at least challenge for the Premier League title next season after they finished fifth last term.
