Gianfranco Zola reacts to Man United’s 4-0 win over Chelsea FC
Gianfranco Zola has his say on Man United's thumping 4-0 win over Chelsea FC on Sunday

Gianfranco Zola has insisted that the 4-0 scoreline in Manchester United’s favour was “very unfair” on Chelsea FC in Sunday’s Premier League showdown.
The Red Devils ran away with a comfortable win in front of their home fans as Manchester United kicked off their campaign in style with a solid result.
Two goals from Marcus Rashford and one each from Anthony Martial and Daniel James handed Manchester United a thumping victory as they got their campaign off to the perfect start.
Chelsea FC, meanwhile, began life under Frank Lampard with a damaging defeat away from home and the Blues will be keen to bounce back from the disappointing result as soon as possible.
However, former Blues star Zola believes that the scoreline was not fair on the west London side, as most of Manchester United’s goals came on the counter-attack.
Speaking in an interview quoted by Metro, Zola said: “I totally think the score was very unfair because they deserved something more.
“There were a lot of positive things going forward and in the build-up but they will have to improve more defensively.
“You have to be balanced in the Premier League, it’s not enough creating chances, hitting two posts and then conceding so many counters and so many goals.
“That is something that will have to be addressed and sorted out.”
Chelsea FC will now quickly turn their attentions towards preparing for their Uefa Super Cup showdown with Liverpool FC on Wednesday night as they look to bounce back from Sunday’s defeat.
The Blues will then host Leicester City in their next Premier League game on Sunday afternoon at Stamford Bridge.
