French media outlet RMC, as quoted by Metro, is reporting that Chelsea FC are battling with AS Monaco to sign the 23-year-old playmaker in the summer transfer window.
The same article states that Chelsea FC and AS Monaco have both satisfied CSKA Moscow’s financial demands to leave Golovin with a straight choice between the two clubs.
