Jose Mourinho makes Chelsea FC prediction about Eden Hazard
Former Chelsea FC manager Jose Mourinho is backing Eden Hazard to leave Stamford Bridge this summer
Jose Mourinho has tipped Eden Hazard to leave Chelsea FC for Real Madrid this summer.
The Belgium international has been linked with a move to the Spanish giants over the past couple of months amid continued uncertainty surrounding his future at Chelsea FC.
Hazard has little over 12 months left to run on his current deal to raise questions about his long-term plans.
Chelsea FC have been unable to agree terms with Hazard to fuel speculation linking Hazard with a cut-price move to Real Madrid as the Blues look to avoid losing their prized asset for nothing next summer.
Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane is thought to be a big admirer of the 28-year-old and the French legend has been tasked with revamping los Blancos following a dreadful campaign.
Former Chelsea FC manager Mourinho, who had to fend off interest from PSG and Real Madrid in Hazard during his spell in charge, has tipped Hazard to finally leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
“It looks like it is the last match in blue for Eden Hazard,” Mourinho told Sky Sports, as quoted by Metro.
“He is a player that was crucial for Chelsea’s success in this last generation and Eden also will try to be what he is the majority of the time – a fantastic player on the pitch.
“He will want to win and possibly go to Real Madrid with a last trophy for Chelsea.”
Hazard has won two Premier League titles, the Europa League, the FA Cup and the League Cup during his spell at the west London side.
The Chelsea FC number 10 could sign off on his time at Stamford Bridge in style with a victory over Arsenal in the Europa League final on Wednesday night,
