Journalist claims Chelsea FC are reluctant to sell Eden Hazard to Real Madrid
Bundesliga reporter Raphael Honigstein believes Chelsea FC are reluctant to sell Eden Hazard

Chelsea FC will be reluctant to sell Eden Hazard to Real Madrid this summer, according to journalist Raphael Honigstein.
The Chelsea FC number 10 appears to be facing an uncertain future at the west London side following his excellent display at the World Cup.
Hazard captained the Blues to the World Cup semi-finals before a 1-0 loss to eventual winners France in the last four.
The Belgium international has been regularly linked with a move to Real Madrid over the past few seasons but a deal failed to materialise.
The 27-year-old has just over 24 months left to run on his current deal to open up the possibility of a free transfer in 2020.
Hazard was unable to fire Chelsea FC to a spot in the Champions League after the Blues finished in fifth spot last term.
Bundesliga reporter Honigstein believes Chelsea FC will be reluctant to sell Hazard to Real Madrid in the summer transfer window.
“Hazard would like to make it happen and Real Madrid want to sign a superstar, he might not be big enough to push all the way,” Honigstein told ESPN FC. “Chelsea are reluctant to do business.”
Chelsea FC confirmed Maurizio Sarri as Antonio Conte’s replacement earlier this month.
The Blues managed to beat Premier League champions Manchester City to the signing of Italy international Jorginho in a £57m deal from Serie A side Napoli.
