Chelsea FC to open talks with Ligue 1 side over 25-year-old – report
Chelsea FC are interested in a deal to sign Lyon attacker Nabil Fekir, according to a report in England

Chelsea FC are ready to start talks with Lyon over a deal to sign their captain Nabil Fekir, according to a report in England.
The Daily Express is reporting that the Blues plan to hold discussions with Lyon over a deal to sign Fekir when the two clubs meet in a pre-season friendly on Tuesday night.
The same article states that Chelsea FC will look to open negotiations with Lyon despite having less than 72 hours to complete a deal to sign the 25-year-old France international.
According to the same story, the Blues have a lot of work to do to complete a deal for Fekir, who is rated at around £55m in the 2018 summer transfer window.
The Lyon skipper was heavily linked with a move to Liverpool FC this summer but a deal fell through despite Fekir selecting his shirt number at the Anfield outfit.
Fekir scored 18 times in 29 games for Lyon in Ligue 1 last season to attract interest from the Premier League in the homegrown talent ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
Chelsea FC appointed Maurizio Sarri as their new manager last month after the Blues finally sacked Antonio Conte following a fifth-placed finish in the 2017-18 season.
