Alan Pardew: This is Chelsea’s only weakness
Alan Pardew believes that Chelsea's only main weakness is Gary Cahill's ability to operate as a full-back

Alan Pardew believes that Chelsea’s only main weakness is Gary Cahill’s ability to operate as a full-back in the Blues’ back three.
The Blues have earned plenty of praise for their brilliant displays this season since Antonio Conte opted to switch the west London club to a 3-4-3 formation.
Chelsea have been the Premier League’s most consistent team and are currently four points clear at the top of the table heading into the final four games of the season.
However, Pardew feels that Cahill’s lack of experience playing at full-back can be exposed by the opposition.
Speaking on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football, Pardew said: “The only slight weakness is the channel down Cahill’s side.
“Cesar Azpilicueta is a natural full-back so he can deal with ball down his side of the box. Cahill not so much.”
Chelsea are currently preparing for their Premier League clash against Middlesbrough at Stamford Bridge on Monday night.

The Blues are four points clear at the moment but that lead could be cut down to just one point when Tottenham take on West Ham United at the London Stadium on Friday night.
