Pundit: Alvaro Morata is so clever, he’ll now shine with Eden Hazard at Chelsea
Danny Higginbotham is tipping Alvaro Morata to shine for Chelsea in the coming weeks and months

Danny Higginbotham has heaped praise on Alvaro Morata following his strong start to his first season at Chelsea.
The Spanish forward has made a brilliant start to his first campaign at Stamford Bridge since his transfer to the club from Real Madrid back in July.
Morata has scored six goals and made two assists in seven Premier League appearances for Antonio Conte’s men so far this term, showing that he already adapting to the rigours of English football.
The 24-year-old will be hoping to lead the line for the west London club for the rest of the season as he bids to help Conte’s side retain the title.
Morata is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury suffered during the 1-0 loss to Manchester City at Stamford Bridge last weekend.
But former defender Higginbotham has been hugely impressed by what he has seen from Morata, and is tipping him to forge a brilliant partnership with Eden Hazard in the coming weeks and months.
Speaking to Sky Sports News on Friday morning, Higginbotham said: “He’s a brilliant focal point, he leads the line very well.
“What I like about him as well is that he brings other players in.
“What we’ve got to remember as well is arguably Chelsea’s best player going forward, Hazard, he’s been missing for so many games.
“For Morata to get the goals that he’s got with, more often than not, Hazard not being in the team.
“Imagine what it might be like now with Eden Hazard back in the team, giving him more assists.
“He’s been brilliant, he’s a clever player, he’s got great movement, gets in the right place at the right time.”
Chelsea return to action with a trip to Crystal Palace on Saturday 14 October.
It remains to be seen whether Morata will be back available for selection again as he shakes off a hamstring injury.
