Chelsea target will have to hand in transfer request to force move – report
Alex Sandro will have to ask to leave Juventus to force a move to Chelsea, according to reports

Alex Sandro will have to ask to leave Juventus to force through a transfer to Chelsea this summer, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mail is reporting that the Brazilian full-back will have to ask the Serie A club for permission to leave Turin before the Italian side will consider selling him.
The same report states that Chelsea have already had a £45m bid for Sandro turned down by Juventus – and that the Italian side have opened talks with the defender about extending his current deal.
The article also carries quotes from Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta, who says that his club have no intention of selling any of their players this summer.
Chelsea are believed to be on the lookout for defensive reinforcements despite Antonio Conte having guided the Blues to the Premier League title in his first season in charge at the club.
The west London club continue to be linked with a host of players this summer but have so far only not made any new signings.
Chelsea are preparing for a return to the Champions League next season after their Premier League title triumph.
