N’Golo Kante makes honest admission about Tiemoue Bakayoko at Chelsea
N'Golo Kante says he and his Chelsea team-mates can do more to get the best out of Tiemoue Bakayoko

N’Golo Kante has told his Chelsea team-mates that they will have to step their own games up to help get the best out of Tiemoue Bakayoko.
It has been something of a slow start to the season for Bakayoko since his move to Stamford Bridge from Monaco in the summer transfer window.
The France international has been criticised by the likes of Chelsea legend Frank Lampard for his recent performances for Antonio Conte’s men.
Bakayoko was brought off at half-time during Chelsea’s 1-0 loss to West Ham United last weekend to raise further questions about his situation.
However, the midfielder was in much improved form on Tuesday night as he helped to fire Chelsea to a 3-1 victory over Huddersfield in the Premier League.
Kante has been getting used to playing alongside Bakayoko following the midfielder’s transfer from Monaco.
And the PFA player of the year admits that it is up to him and his team-mates to get the best out of Bakayoko.
Speaking to the Evening Standard, Kante said: “He is training hard and giving his best. We have to make him play in the best way.
“Is there more of a team responsibility to get the best out of him? Yes.
“But not just Tiemoue, for everyone. We have to work together for the good of the team, for trying to win games. That is what we train to do.”
Both Kante and Bakayoko will be hoping to feature when Chelsea return to Premier League action on Saturday with a home clash against Newcastle United.
The west London side will take on Barcelona in the last 16 of the Champions League after the draw was made on Monday.
