Phill Neville: What Chelsea signing Alvaro Morata must do to score 20 goal this season
The Man United legend believes Chelsea signing Alvaro Morata is capable of scoring 20 goals if the striker stays fit

Phil Neville believes Alvaro Morata is capable of scoring 20 goals this season if the Chelsea signing can stay fit.
The Spain international moved to Liverpool in a £58m deal from La Liga giants Real Madrid in the summer transfer windiow.
Morata was drafted in to replace Diego Costa ahead of the controversial striker’s return to Atletico Madrid.
Spanish forward Costa scored 20 goals in both of Chelsea’s title-winning campaigns in 2014-15 and 2016-17.
Morata has managed to hit the ground running to help Chelsea move swiftly on from the Costa era with an impressive return of six goals in seven games.
However, the summer signing suffered a hamstring problem during a 1-0 loss to Manchester City to raise concerns about his fitness over the course of the season.
Former Manchester United defender Neville is confident that Morata can surpass the 20-goal mark as long as the Spanish striker remains fit.
“He will get a lot of goals,” Neville told BBC Radio 5 Live.
“It’s whether he stays fit. If Morata stays fit all season, he’ll score near 20 goals. He can score all types of goals: headers, volleys and one-on-ones.”
Morata won two Serie A titles during his two seasons at Juventus before returning to his boyhood club Real Madrid.
The striker was part of Zinedine Zidane’s squad that won the Champions League and La Liga last term.
